BMW India has recently launched the next generation version of the popular luxury sedan, BMW 3 Series. Right now, the BMW 3 Series is the cheapest sedan car in the country from the stable of the German car maker, BMW. The new BMW 3 Series 328i petrol model is packed with a 2.0L, 1997cc Twin-Power 4-cylinder and 4-valve engine generates maximum power of 245 PS at 5000-6500 rpm along with top torque of 350 Nm 1250-4800 rpm. Meanwhile, the diesel avatar of the vehicle comes equipped with a 2.0L, 1995cc 4-cylinder and 4-valve twin-turbocharged engine that is capable of churning out 184 PS of proper power at 4000 rpm along with peak torque of 380 Nm at 1750-2750 rpm. Both powertrains are coupled with an 8 speed automatic transmission system.
