30 June 2012: It has recently confirmed that Renault Duster India will be making its officially presence into the domestic market on 4th July 2012. Renault India accepting bookings for the compact SUV since last week and price will be announced on 4th July for all the variants of the petrol and diesel models.

Renault Duster is launching in Indian auto market on 4th July this year, and ahead of launch bookings for beast are open. Till now the compact SUV has reported the booking of over 1000 units. The available Renault Duster variant in petrol model are RXE and RXL which come loaded with a 1.6L, Multi Point Fuel Injection engine which has displacement of 1598cc. On the other hand, 1.5L dCi diesel engine packed model of the vehicle will be available in two trims such as 85PS and 110 PS. It is available in RXE, RXL and RXZ variants. Both the version of the SUV will come mated with a 5 speed manual transmission system.

Renault Duster features, which will be offered as standard by the company are fully closeable AC vents, meter console, power window switches, red gauges with a digital display in the centre, spacious head room/ leg room & shoulder room, power steering wheel, Airbags, ABS, EBD, Break Assist and so forth.
